1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neliva ("the Service"), operated by Jiang Zhihao (sole proprietor) (doing business as "Neliva") ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neliva is an AI-powered market research platform that provides stock analysis, financial data aggregation, community sentiment analysis, and structured research summaries. The Service is designed to assist self-directed investors with research and analysis.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information, analysis, and research summaries generated by Neliva are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive a limited number of credits. Paid subscriptions provide additional credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription billing is handled by our payment processor, PayPal.

6. Brokerage Integration

Neliva integrates with third-party brokerage services via SnapTrade. We do not have the ability to execute trades on your behalf. Order drafts generated by the Service are suggestions only — you must manually review and execute any trades through your brokerage. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from trades you execute.

7. Data Accuracy

We source data from third-party providers including Tiingo, FRED, SEC EDGAR, Yahoo Finance, Reddit, and HackerNews. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or hallucinations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute data obtained through the Service commercially

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Jiang Zhihao (sole proprietor). Your research outputs and research summaries are yours, but we retain a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NELIVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
